Helaine is truly a wonderful soul. This therapy saved my life. I can genuinely say from the bottom of my heart, I have never undergone a more comfortable and inclusive therapy experience than with Helaine. 

I can't thank Helaine enough for the support and help that she provided me. EMDR allowed me to get to the core issue of why I was feeling like I was. It was not an easy journey nor was it an enjoyable one, but with Helaine's beautiful soul and kind nature we made it through the dark times and I can not be more thankful.
